About the Course
Are you looking to advance your practice and learn more about yoga, but don't have the time for a full Teacher Training Program?

This two month program foundational program will meet four times and is designed to give students a deeper understanding of the 8 limbs of yoga, including the philosophy, history, pranayama, meditation, and asana — as well as provide students with tools to develop and advance their own practice.
